Jeff concern is was the repair done to septic system therefore it needs <br />to be investigated. Arrived at the site and met <br />owner Craig Falkenhagen. Discussed complaint with Craig. Craig stated he lives <br />in 3203 home and he has tenants that resides in 3221 which he is in process of <br />eviction. <br />Met the tenant in 3221 and spoke with her. She stated she had Roto Rooter come <br />in because she has leaky toilet. I asked whether their are any issues with the <br />septic system to which she stated no. Observed septic system area. I did not <br />notice any issues. No sewage smell or surfacing sewage noted.
