THE FLOOR & WALLS HAVE <br />WATER DAMAGE AND BLACK MOLD. SHE SAYS THE OWNER HAS NOT DONE MUCH TO HELP OUT. COMPLAINANT CALLED ROTO <br />ROOTER TO DO REPAIRS. <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: ARRIVED AT THE SITE AND MET OWNER CRAIG FALKENHAGEN. CRAIG STATED HOUSE 3221 WAS <br />FLOODED DURING RAIN AND HE IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON WATER DAMAGE AND MOLD CONCERN. I TOLD HIM MY CONCERN IS <br />REGARDING ROTO ROOTER COMING AND DOING WORK TO WHICH HE STATED I WOULD HAVE TO SPEAK WITH THE TENANTS ABOUT <br />THAT ISSUE. THE TENANTS AND THE COMPLAINT WAS HOME AND I SPOKE WITH HER REGARDING ROTO ROOTER COMING AND <br />DOING WORK. MY CONCERN WAS IF THERE WAS ANY WORK DONE TO THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. THE TENANT STATED SHE CALLED <br />ROTO ROOTER TO COME OUT AND FIX THE LEAKING TOILET. <br />I WALKED OVER TO THE SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA AND MADE OBSERVATION. No ISSUES NOTED WITH SEPTIC SYSTEM. No SURFACING <br />SEWAGE NOTED. A WATER PUMP WAS USED TO DIVERT RAINWATER AWAY FROM PROPERTY DURING FLOODING (SEE ATTACHED <br />PHOTOS).
