Went to the property with Augustine and property owner <br />Sandeep Singh. <br />Per Augustine, there were approximately 200 containers of pesticides that were <br />cleaned up prior to the EHD's arrival and are pending proper disposal. Per <br />Augustine the pesticide containers were being rinsed into the property's overflow <br />water reservoir. Per owner Sandeep, the reservoir does not have an outlet and <br />the water will evaporate. The reservoir is not lined. <br />12:19 PM En Route to Spill site. <br />Met with Augustin Diaz and Barry Dagenbach (Both from the Ag Commissioner's <br />Office). <br />Observed the ditch to have standing water and no outlet. I briefly observed a <br />chemical odor, but it did not persist. Discussed that I will be issuing a Notice to <br />Abate with Sandeep Singh. <br />A Notice to Abate was generated and emailed to sandeepsingh@yahoo.com. <br />Sandeep Singh # is: 510-648-8878. <br />Sent an email to Chris Flower (Water Baord) at Chris.Flower@waterboards.ca.gov <br />with a brief description of complaint and a copy of the notice to abate. <br />Called Isabella Bencomo (State Water Board) 916-724-9765 to notify her about <br />the complaint we received.
