Per store director the product was stored their by the supplier. Keep perishable products at 41 <br /> F or below. Corrected on site, the cheese containers were discarded. <br /> The beef meat display case and cake display case were 42 F and 43 F. Provide 41 F or below today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The water at the 3 comp sinks, prep sink, and mop sink were below 120 F.The water at the bakery and <br /> salsa bar were 98 F during the inspection but rose to 100 F or above by the end. Provide consistent hot water at facility with <br /> hot water at 120 F minimum from the faucet. Correct today. <br /> The hot water was shut off at the meat department prep sink because there was a leak, only cold water was available. <br /> Repair leak and provide hot water at 120 F minimum at this sink. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br /> (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed dead fly on floor in meat department and some live flies near 3 comp sink at produce.
