Instructed store director and employees to <br />change gloves when switching to different kind of meat to prevent contamination. <br />Sanitizer bucket - 300 ppm quat. <br />Short ribs arrive frozen and are stored in the walk-in freezer, they are then placed in the walk-in cooler, and lastly they are <br />placed in the display case for sale after being cut. <br />Discussed report with JoAnn Villapando, Store Director. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
