Please see the <br />site map attached in Appendix 1. <br />Incident Background: <br />On January 13, 2023, at 1645 ET, two quarts of diesel fuel released from two FedEx Ground <br />trucks, #181 & #1135, due to a multiple vehicle accident at the above location. The released <br />diesel impacted the asphalt parking lot.
