Observed missing <br /> coving in kitchen under 3 comp sink right drainboard. Provide approved coving such as Schluter cove base or slim foot tile. <br /> Verification of correction required prior to issuance of permit. <br /> Observed gap between tiles around kitchen floor sink. Seal gap prior to operating. <br /> Observed hole around cleanout under kitchen 3 comp sink drainboard. Repair wall and provide smooth, cleanable surface <br /> prior to operating. <br /> Observed wood trim inside walk-in. Seal/paint wood and provide smooth, cleanable surface prior to operating. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143(d), <br /> 114266, 114268, 114268.1, 114271, 114272) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Re-inspection. <br /> Facility will have approximately 49 seats. <br /> Facility have food prep and bar. <br /> Chlorine test strips available. <br /> Currently only 2 comp sink goes into the grease trap,the 3 comp sink goes directly into the floor sink. Check with City of Lodi <br /> building if 3 comp sink must go into grease trap. <br /> The walk-in condensate line that previously went onto the floor was capped, per manager condensate line does drains into <br /> floor drain that goes into sewer. Unable to verify during inspection, indirect connection is required.
