The food truck has hot <br />water, hand washing facilities are supplied, hot and cold holding temperatures are <br />proper. No major violations identified. Called complainant. He states that he <br />ordered a shrimp burrito but without the tortilla. I informed the complainant that I <br />would follow-up with the ower to obtain a proper permit.
