Please see <br />the site map attached (Appendix 1). <br />Incident Background: <br />On 9 Sep, at 1435 ET, Penske notified ERTS of an unknown amount of diesel released at 91 <br />Darcy Parkway, Lathrop, CA due to hitting debris in the road, which punctured his fuel tank. It <br />was reported that the diesel impacted the asphalt and a storm drain, which at the time was in the <br />process of being pumped out by the city and fire department. It was later confirmed that <br />approximately 30 gallons was released to the asphalt and the storm drain. <br />Emergency Response: <br />On 9 Sep 21, Penske retained Emergency Response and Training Solutions (ERTS) to manage <br />and oversee environmental operations.
