The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for ARCO AMPM as of October 30, 2023. OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test dates for the overfill prevention equipment testing on the designated operator inspection reports. Some DO report mention 05/2020, 6/2020 and 07/27/2020. Provide the correct test date and the test results. REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates they were done. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#319-Failure to comply with overfill prevention equipment requirements. OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention equipment testing has not been completed. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October 13, 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair.
