Clean the floor today and as needed. <br />Floors and hard to reach corners, underneath the 3 comp sink, prep sink, ice maker, fryers, at prep line, underneath the ice <br />cream soft serve machine, have grease, water spill, food debris and build up. Detail clean today and as needed. This is a <br />repeated violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable.
