<br />OBSERVATIONS: Left water faucet, at the 3 comp sink is leaking from faucet neck. 3 comp sink is leaking on the floor. Fix
<br />leakage in 1 week.
<br />Hand sink is draining slowly. Fix drainage in 1 week. Repeated violation.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: I observed water spill on the floor at an underneath the three compartment sink. Clean the floor today
<br />and as needed.
<br />Floor of the walk-in freezer has debris. Clean the floor today and as needed.
<br />Floors and hard to reach corners, underneath the 3 comp sink, prep sink, ice maker, fryers, at prep line, underneath the ice
<br />cream soft serve machine, have grease, water spill, food debris and build up. Detail clean today and as needed. This is a
<br />repeated violation.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor
<br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
