All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed soap bars at hand sink in restroom, the soap dispensers were empty. Provide liquid soap at <br />this hand sink today. <br />The paper towel dispensers at the kitchen and restroom hand sinks were empty. Provide paper towels in dispenser today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: The sugar container did not have a lid during the inspection, the lid had fallen onto the ground. Provide <br />clean lid and cover food containers when not in use to prevent contamination. Correct today. <br />Observed some boxes of food items stored on floor of walk-in freezer. Store all food items at least 6 in. above the floor. <br />Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. Provide <br />labels on each individual item or at point of service that includes common name, ingredients if there is more than 1, the <br />weight or count, and name and address of facility where it was made/packaged.
