All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Paper towels were lacking at the kitchen hand sink. Maintain paper towel <br />dispensers stocked and in good working order at all times. Correct today. Ensure foods kept on ice are submerged in an <br />ice bath at all times and are maintained at 41 F or below. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />The sour cream was observed at 46 F at the waitress station prep cooler. Adjust units so that food is maintained at 41 F and <br />below. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: The following was observed: <br />-Interior of the two door True cooler/freezer combo observed with food build-up and debris in the bottom <br />-Interior and exterior of the two door cooler at the waitress station was observed with liquid and heavy build-up. <br />-Interior of ice cream toppings cooler observed with approximately and inch of liquid. <br />-Interior of the one door Delfield freezer observed with a spill and food debris. <br />Clean the above equipment within 5 days.
