Clean and sanitize by 2 weeks. <br /> The floor in between the back of the Meat walk-in cooler and the bakery needs to be cleaned. Clean and sanitize today. <br /> The ceiling in the bakery has some chipping paint(where the oven vents go through the ceiling and have shifted/settled). <br /> Properly secure the vents and repair/re-paint the ceiling. Correct by 1 month. <br /> Some of the lighting has been changed in the facility.After the old fixtures were removed,the ceiling has <br /> exposed/unfinished sheetrock.
