Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> GM is on site and is aware of the complaint. Per GM, a bag of ice was broken on the floor. Staff swept some of the ice into the <br /> floor sink and then the bag of ice was put into a second bag to contain the ice. Per GM,the incident occurred during the lunch <br /> rush/peak time so the ice was placed into an unused refrigeration unit to deal with after the lunch rush subsided.After the <br /> lunch rush ended, staff discarded the ice into the 3-comp sink.
