All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: The facility is having to hand dose the sanitizer at the 3-comp sink (manifold is not functioning properly). <br />Repair the sanitizer dispenser at the 3-comp sink ASAP. <br />Facility is aware and has submitted a work order. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair.
