Observed ice build up ceiling,floor, and inside middle light <br /> shield in walk-in freezer. Clean within 1 week and repair as necessary. <br /> The air curtains at both drive thru service windows were not working. Per assistant manager they were awaiting delivery of <br /> part air curtains.
