The mechanical line leak detector manufacturer and model # on site is VMI - 99LD2000. <br />This change occurred in 11/2022 but CERS was not updated. Please update CERS records. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the <br />EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 205 CCR 2712(i) Failure to submit and have current UST Monitoring Plan readily accessible at the facility. <br />OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 306 HSC 25291(e) Failure to remove, analyze, and properly dispose of water in secondary containment (pre-Jul 2003). <br />OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the 91 and two 87 fill sumps. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br />must be removed and disposed of properly. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 <br />hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly.
