Remove cardboard and <br /> provide smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent surface today. <br /> Observed leaking from produce 3 comp sink faucet head. Repair leak within 1 week. <br /> Observed untreated wood pallets in walk-in coolers/freezers and in produce department, observed untreated wood block <br /> under Coco Dak 1 D Turbo Air. Provide smooth, cleanable, nonabsorbent surface in prep areas and refrigeration units. <br /> Correct within 1 week. <br /> Observed ice on the floor in grocery walk-in freezer and on bottom of left produce display. Clean within 1 week and repair as <br /> necessary. <br /> The 3 comp sink sink was being used to thaw seafood during the inspection, the 3 comp sink is meant for warewashing <br /> only. Only thaw seafood under refrigeration or provide prep sink with at least 1 drainboard and an indirect connection at <br /> seafood department. <br /> The right faucet at the right end food court restaurant 3 comp sink did not have a faucet head.This area was currently only <br /> being used for storage. Provide faucet head at the 3 comp sink prior to operating. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. Provide accurate thermometers at all refrigeration units that <br /> hold PHFs within 1 week. <br /> Lacking probe thermometer at Coco Dak. Provide probe thermometer within 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br /> available to the food handler. A thermometer+/-2#F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br /> and high temperature warewashing machines.
