All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Pool remodel for office pool and pool in back <br />Tread: Step must be 21" to 24". the rest of the steps must be 12" to 16" <br />Risers: must beh 6" to 12" <br />Must install trim tile on steps. <br />The handrail must be 28" to 36" from the deck and bottoom step to the top of the handrail. <br />coping : The overhang for either bull-nosed coping or cantilevered decking shall not exceed 2 inches (51 mm) or be less than 1 <br />inch (25 mm) and shall not exceed 2 ½ inches (64 mm) in thickness. <br />Main drain be split 3 feet from inside of cover to cover. <br />3111B.4 Ladder and Recessed Step Dimensions. Ladder treads and recessed steps shall have a minimum tread of 5 inches <br />(127 mm) and a width of 14 inches (356 mm) <br />and shall be designed to be readily cleaned. Step risers shall be uniform and shall not exceed 12 inches (305 mm) in height. <br />The first riser shall be measured from the deck. <br />The above have been installed. The pools are being plaster today. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
