All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: MAJOR: The hot water at the 3-comp sink is 74F (re-checked at least three times). The hot water at the <br />mop sink is 74F. Provide hot water of 120F (minimum) to these sinks at all times. <br />Employee called and spoke with the Manager. Per Manager, sometimes the breaker will trip when the AC is turned on. Upon <br />inspection, a breaker had tripped. Breaker was reset, the water heater was given some time to warm up and the hot water <br />warmed to 90F and was rising. <br />Ensure hot water is 120F at all times. <br />Repair electrical issue as needed. <br />A re-inspection will occur in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: There are multiple flies inside the facility. Take action to eliminate the flies within the facility. Correct <br />today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: The interior of the ice machine needs to be cleaned (interior right side at water reservoir). Take care to <br />prevent contamination of the ice when cleaning. Clean machine by 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). All utensils and equipment <br />shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards.
