Parcel 1 to <br />contain 27.19 acres. Parcel 2 to contain 10.74 acres; located on the east side of <br />Kennefick Road, approximately 1,867 feet south of Acampo Road, Acampo. <br />(Supervisorial District 4) <br />OWNERS: Rose Rogan <br />Robert Banchero <br />ADDRESS: 20450 N. Kennefick Road, Acampo <br />INFORMATION: <br />APPLICANT: Robert Snow <br />APN: 017-140-41 & -42 <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br />Hazard Area. <br />Kennefick Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 <br />feet. There is an existing 50 -foot wide Central California Traction Co. Railroad right-of-way on the <br />east side of Kennefick Road and fronts the subject parcels. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1) A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required <br />to be filed with the County Surveyor. (New legal description shall be submitted to <br />Surveyor's office for review.)
