No violations. No re-inspection. <br />Back door of restaurant was observed clean and free of any odor of garbage. <br />Restaurant has a three yard garbage bin for regular garbage and a three yard bin <br />for recycling. Garbage service is provided by Waste Management. Restaurant <br />also has a used cooking oil container. Owner is aware of complaint. Per owner, <br />dumpster that was full and smelly belongs to Groundstack Coffee not Pho Island. <br />Owner of Pho Island had to call Waste Management to complain about the <br />dumpster because it was full and smelled. Dumpster was picked up on the <br />morning of 5/10/23. <br />Discussed inspection report with Rome Vo (Owner).
