All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No violations. No re-inspection. <br />Back door of restaurant was observed clean and free of any odor of garbage. Restaurant has a three yard garbage bin for <br />regular garbage and a three yard bin for recycling. Garbage service is provided by Waste Management. Restaurant also has <br />a used cooking oil container. Owner is aware of complaint. Per owner, dumpster that was full and smelly belongs to <br />Groundstack Coffee not Pho Island. Owner of Pho Island had to call Waste Management to complain about the dumpster <br />because it was full and smelled. Dumpster was picked up on the morning of 5/10/23. <br />Discussed inspection report with Rome Vo (Owner). Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
