<br />that said must use by 5/23/23. Per person in charge they have a 2 week hold time for the condiments. Manufacturers
<br />instructions and internal policy information was not located during the inspection. Follow internal policy and do not exceed
<br />max hold time. Corrected on site, the condiments were replaced and the new must use by date was 7/9/23.
<br />Observed debris on back of both ice chutes at soda machine and on top of the soda machine around the spray nozzles.
