Provide well fitting, self-closing doors to all toilet rooms. <br /> Correct within two weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br /> well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br /> facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons:in <br /> establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption. (114250, 114250.1, 114276) <br /> #45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The back storage container was observed with wood flooring with absorbent areas and without a coved <br /> base. The floor surfaces in all food preparation or packaging areas,open food storage areas, utensil washing areas, refuse <br /> storage areas, janitorial areas, and all restroom and employee change areas, shall be smooth and of durable construction <br /> and nonabsorbent material which is easily cleaned. These floor surfaces shall be coved at the juncture at the floor and wall <br /> with a three-eighths(3/8)inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up the wall at least four(4)inches. Rubber or vinyl <br /> top set base is not permitted in these areas. Correct within one week and send photos of correction to(baker@sjgov.org or <br /> 209-616-3046. <br /> Walls around door frame to storage room were observed absorbent. Paint walls with semi gloss paint so that they are <br /> smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within two weeks. <br /> The ramp into the back storage room was observed with a crack in it, a bare wood piece and the side is unpainted. Repair <br /> ramp so that it is smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent. Correct within one week and send photos of corrections to <br /> (baker@sjgov.org or 209-616-3046. <br /> Rubber base was observed behind the counter where the hand sink and chicken warmer are. Rubber base is not approved. <br /> Install slim foot tile base or Schluter base within one week. Send photos of corrections to(baker@sjgov.org or <br /> 209-616-3046. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
