Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per Manager, she is aware of the complaint. <br /> Manager shared with me similar incident(hand cut)that happened yesterday, on the recorded videos. Incident is addressed <br /> with properly. <br /> During my inspection, all shift employees are wearing gloves and no hand cut or injury reported. I didn't see any employee <br /> with band aid worn. <br /> Green beans are received precooked shelf stable cans with good sell by date(December 2025). Green beans are heated to <br /> 165F to be held on the hot hold at(145F).As per manager, if there is any left over of beans will be stored in the walk in cooler <br /> (41 F)for later.
