SAN O U I Environmental Health Department <br /> Time In: 1:22 pm <br /> Time Out: 2:10 pm <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: BLACK BEAR DINER Date: 05/08/2023 <br /> Address: 1703 E YOSEMITE AVE, MANTECA 95336 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (925)689-3000 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00055826 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT FOUND BAND AID IN TURKEY DINER AND THE GREEN BEANS WERE OLD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per Manager, she is aware of the complaint. <br /> Manager shared with me similar incident(hand cut)that happened yesterday, on the recorded videos. Incident is addressed <br /> with properly. <br /> During my inspection, all shift employees are wearing gloves and no hand cut or injury reported. I didn't see any employee <br /> with band aid worn. <br /> Green beans are received precooked shelf stable cans with good sell by date(December 2025). Green beans are heated to <br /> 165F to be held on the hot hold at(145F).As per manager, if there is any left over of beans will be stored in the walk in cooler <br /> (41 F)for later.
