Contractors will report to plant management any and all product or environmental contaminations which they have caused, either directly or indirectly, whether said contamination be actually observed or merely suspected. 24. Report all accidents within the facility to any supervisor or manager in the plant. If bleeding has occurred, QC must additionally be notified to ensure proper product and equipment segregation. Visitor Agreement IN CONSIDERATION OF LEPRINO FOODS COMPANY (“LEPRINO”) GRANTING ME ACCESS TO ITS PREMISES, POSSIBLE ACCESS TO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, THE RECEIPT, SUFFICIENCY AND ADEQUACY OF WHICH I ACKNOWLEDGE, FOR MYSELF AND MY COMPANY: 1) I agree that I will hold in confidence and keep secret any confidential and/or trade secret information (“Information”) that I may see, hear, read, have access to or otherwise acquire or observe during my visit and will not disclose such Information to any third parties nor use such Information in any manner whatsoever except for the sole and exclusive benefit of Leprino. 2) I agree that Leprino does not want to receive confidential information from me and that any information that I disclose to Leprino during this visit is on a non-confidential basis and Leprino is free to use such information without restriction. 3) I agree that I will not make any digital, photographic, video, audio and/or other recordings in whatever form or media (“Recordings”) on or of Leprino premises at any time. a. If I should make any such Recordings, I agree for me and my company that Leprino exclusively owns all intellectual property rights in and to such Recordings including but not limited to copyright without any consideration due me or my company and waive all right, title or interest that I or my company may have in such Recordings. I agree that all such Recordings are or shall be deemed "works for hire". If for any reason any such Recordings are not considered as "works for hire", I agree to and do now irrevocably assign, transfer, grant, convey, and relinquish to Leprino any and all of my and my company’s worldwide right, title, and interest (including but not limited to copyright ownership) in and to such Recordings, without the necessity or expectation of any consideration of any kind or nature. 4) I agree that Leprino is not responsible for my personal property including my vehicle during my visit. 5) I agree that Leprino’s premises include industrial manufacturing operations and that the presence and use of certain chemicals, refrigerants (including anhydrous ammonia) and other hazards are inherent to such operations. I accept and assume all risks relating to my visit to the premises including any injuries or illnesses except to the extent caused by Leprino’s negligence.
