Cesar received call from consultant about adding leach line to the WONG existing engineered system. JC verified there is 100 trucks in the inventory, but we need to see if it's a CDD violation of the original land use permit from and if there's an expansion of truck capacity to the commissary (but looks like there has never been another land use permit in 2010, when it went from a food processing facility in 1994, to the commissary). The engineering plan in 2010 used 47 trucks to calculate the size of the system, and that the truck wash shall be closed loop (there's some concern if it got connected to the septic of if it is really 10/22/2020 Harding 2900. Multiple discussions with Mike K., Cesar, Daria, and the Food Unit WONG on the illegal repair undertaking on the property now. Mike K. asked I contact West Coast since he thinks they are involved, but after Cesar spoke to the owner it seems West Coast was not involved at all. Called West Coast a second time and informed them. Daria will go out on site inspection today and issue a NAI for illegal respair. Chip came in and tried to obtain a septic repair permit but Mike declined to sign it since it was incomplete. I spoke to Mike about adding condition to require an additional engineer's evaluation, the issue of expanding from the original use permit, and the fact that the truck wash had been connected to the septic system in 2012 (under permit no less)when it should have been a close loop system. Mike refused and considers these concerns separate from this repair permit which he wants me to sign when Chip comes in tomorrow when he does not want to today. I insisted on putting in the number of vehicles that the system was originally designed for(47) in the calculation I found in Laserfishce. Mike wants that to be referred to CDD for violation of the use permit. 10/22/2020 Directed by Michael Kith to observe if unauthorized work is being done to leech ACEVEDO field of the facility.
