To summarize, Our technician reported that the leak detector testing was not possible to complete due to issues with the turbine controller.The attached permit application and plans describe that the turbine controller will be repaired first,then the leak detector will tested, and if fails will be replaced and tested. Regarding correction item#2 on the attached inspection report (Documents needed for Flex connector replaced on 10/4/22),we will email today separately to provide documentation in order to resolve the item.
