Received One upper door, one lower door, three corner columns, one lower <br /> brace, & one stainless side sheeting from site. Also received one gas hose, gas , & gas breakaway from site for missing <br /> hanging hardware from D7 Gas. D7/8 push to start buttons missing B20 stickers & no replacements available. Used Diesel <br /> sticker& label maker for word BIO to go above diesel on both as temporary correction. Transferred all upper door equipment <br /> from old door to new door including flint lock, moved old lower door lock to new lower door including flint lock. Verified LOTO <br /> on D7/8 Breaker. Disassembled electrical, product lines &vapor lines. Raised dispenser removed lower cross brace, & <br /> installed three replacement columns one at a time, loosened all squaring bolts on all four corners & set back in place carefully <br /> squaring corners while setting dispenser. Replaced 87 Grade steel flex line. Re-connected all product &vapor lines. Re- <br /> energized dispenser& purged fuel from all grades with no leaks or issues. Attempted to bring CRIND back online & only able <br /> to connect to POS to download prices &set transactions from inside store. Both D7 & D8 MagTek card readers showing error <br /> & unrecoverable. Will need to replace both D7 & D8 Card readers with new HCR Card reader kits M1 3940K01. Performed <br /> line test on all product lines going to D7/8 monitoring to ensure no pressure drop offs or obvious leak points. All passed <br /> properly. PARTS NEEDED. RETURN TRIP REQUIRED. TWO HCR Card reader kits M13940K01 NEEDED. <br /> -D7/8 s/n: EN389585. <br /> -D7 Existing Card Reader s/n: 99151 CE11806100F. <br /> -D8 Existing Card Reader s/n: 99150CC0190E1 DOF. <br />
