Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand sink in the kitchen is shut off. Temperature was decrease <br />to 45 F. Adjust/repair unit to maintain temperature at 41 F or below.
