The installations are located on APN: 129-310-06 and 129-310-13, <br /> which are located on Zuckerman Island; located on Zuckerman Island, Stockton. <br /> (Supervisorial District 3) <br /> OWNER: Delta Legacy Farms, Inc. APPLICANT: Coldwell Solar Inc. <br /> ADDRESS: 111 N. Zuckerman Road, Stockton APN: 129-310-06 & -13 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area designated as Zone AE. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately <br /> 9-feet NAVD 1988 <br /> Zuckerman Road is a privately maintained road. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting <br /> from this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.
