The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately <br /> 9-feet NAVD 1988 <br /> Zuckerman Road is a privately maintained road. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting <br /> from this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.
