-2- <br /> PA-2300109, -110 & -111 (Z) <br /> 3) A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 4) The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot high chain link <br /> fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention <br /> basin capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and <br /> approval, prior to release of building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 5) Prior to release of the building permit all new construction and the substantial <br /> improvement of any structure or tanks in the area of special flood hazard shall be elevated <br /> or floodproofed in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9- <br /> 1605.12 (a), (b) and (c). Plans and calculations shall be submitted and approved by the <br /> Public Works Department—Water Resources Division (209-468-9596). <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) Wastewater shall not be allowed into the storm drainage system. <br /> (ii.) The project will enact appropriate source control BMPs to prevent the discharge of <br /> trash offsite. <br /> CH:DS <br />
