2. Each parallel vehicle parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum 9 feet wide and <br /> 19 feet long. (Development Title Section 9-406.060) <br /> 3. All parking stalls and directional arrows shall be delineated with paint or similar distinguishable <br /> material. (Development Title Section 9-406.060 [e]) <br /> g. TRUCK PARKING: The design of truck parking areas shall be as follows: <br /> 1. Storage areas for trucks and trailers may be surfaced with gravel or higher classification of <br /> surfacing. (Development Title Section 9-406.080[g][5]) <br /> 2. Spaces shall be a minimum 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width and shall have minimum height <br /> clearance of 14 feet. (Development Title Section 9-406.080[g][1]) <br /> h. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> 1. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25)feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty(20)feetwide.(Development Title Section 9-406.060[n][1]) <br /> 2. The first 20 feet of any driveway and major circulation drive lanes shall be surfaced with pavement <br /> or Portland cement concrete. (Development Title Section 9-406.080[g][6]) <br /> 3. Access gates shall be recessed 65 feet from the property line. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 406.080[c][8]) <br /> i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. A landscaping buffer a minimum of 10 feet wide shall be provided between any surfaced <br /> parking area and the adjacent public street. (Development Title Section 9-406.060(I)(5)) <br /> 2. A landscaped area at least three feet wide shall be provided between any surface parking <br /> area and any adjacent lot for the length of the parking area. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 402.030[b][1]) <br /> 3. Planters that abut parking stalls shall be a minimum of five feet wide. A minimum 18-inch <br /> wide paved strip shall be added to the adjacent parking stall to allow access to and from <br /> vehicles. (Development Title Section 9-402.030(c)(3) <br /> i. SCREENING: <br /> 1. All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so <br /> as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways. This screening shall be <br /> between 6 and 8 feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of a public street shall not be stacked <br /> higher than 2 feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-400.040[c][3][C][i]) <br /> 2. All exterior electrical cage enclosures and storage tanks shall be screened from view from adjacent <br /> public streets and Residential zones. (Development Title Section 9-400.040[c][3][C][ii]) <br /> 3. A masonry wall between 6 and 8 feet shall be erected on the project site along the common <br /> boundary shared with parcel APN: 208-180-20 and 208-180-01. <br /> j. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> PA-2300118—Conditions of Approval 2 <br />
