2. Each parallel vehicle parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum 9 feet wide and 19 feet long. (Development Title Section 9-406.060) 3. TRUCK PARKING: The design of truck parking areas shall be as follows: 1. Storage areas for trucks and trailers may be surfaced with gravel or higher classification of surfacing. Planters that abut parking stalls shall be a minimum of five feet wide. A minimum 18-inch wide paved strip shall be added to the adjacent parking stall to allow access to and from vehicles. All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways.
