1. All off-street parking areas where the parking area is used at night shall be provided with exterior <br /> lighting. (Development Title Section 9-406.060[m]) <br /> 2. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted,except onto public roads, provided, however,that such light shall <br /> not cause a hazard to motorists.
