The <br /> project is proposing a truck parking facility proposes 19 truck and 63 trailer parking <br /> spaces; located on the west side of South Comconex Road, 860 feet north of East <br /> State Route 120, Manteca. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> OWNER: Asphalt Transport Services LLC APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 17333 S.
