<br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint:
<br />COMPLAINANT STATES OBSERVING A COCKROACH ON TWO OCCASIONS IN THE DINING ROOM. MOST RECENT
<br />ON APRIL 2, 2023.
<br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
<br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
<br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health
<br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of
<br />the food facility.
<br />#23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility
<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed few live adult cockroaches on floor and door in equipment storage room near 3 comp sink,
<br />observed 1 live cockroach on floor under 3 comp sink. Observed few dead cockroaches on floor under prep sink and ice
<br />cream counter. Facility was serviced by Clark Pest Control on 4/17/2023 and per manager they are scheduled to have a
<br />pest control service tomorrow. Clean and sanitize areas immediately and increase pest control measures.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed container used as scoop in sugar container. Provide scoop with handle to prevent
<br />contamination. Correct today.
