SAN‘,10AQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />cCuNTY <br />Time In: 11:45 am <br />Time Out: 12:00 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: SHERMANS 5 BUFFET Date: 06/05/2023 <br />Address: 5620 N PERSHING AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Owner/Operator: WEN, BING Telephone (209) 762-2688 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055852 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THEY SAW AN EMPLOYEE ALLEGEDLY PULL FOOD OUT OF THE BUS TRAY, PUT IT INTO <br />A METAL SERVING BOWL AND BRING IT BACK AND PUTTING IT ONTO THE BUFFET LINE. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No violations. No re-inspection. <br />Owner unaware of complaint. Food left over from customers is thrown away and not re-served. Owner states that he has <br />cameras and if he saw an employee do that they would be fired. Did not observe used food being re-served during the <br />inspection. <br />Ensure that after food is served or sold and in the possession of a consumer, food that is unused or returned shall not be <br />offered as food for human consumption. <br />Discussed inspection report with Ben Wen (Owner). Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
