COMPLAINANT STATES THE TICKET MACHINE AND CABLES TO THE TICKET MACHINE ALMOST <br />FALL INTO THE FRYER. THEY KEEP SHRIMP OUTSIDE, AS WELL AS WASH MEAT AND SHRIMP IN THE SAME <br />SINK. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THE VEGETABLES GETS PREPPED BY THE MEAT AND THE FLOUR GETS <br />PUT ON THE FLOOR. COMPLAINANT STATES MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS HAVE ALLEGEDLY GOTTEN SICK FROM <br />THE FOOD AND THAT THE FRIES ARE NOT KEPT AT TEMP IN THE REFRIGERATORS." <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. MP states he did not receive the complaint. <br />Per MP: when meat, poultry and shrimp are prepped at the 2-comp food prep sink, the sink is sanitized in between protein <br />types. Ice is also placed on top of the shrimp when it is being placed on skewers. <br />Per MP, no recent customer complaints of alleged food borne illnesses have been received by the facility. <br />Upon inspection: <br />No mold is observed at the refrigerators (spot check), around the stove or doors. <br />The ticket machine and cables are situated on a shelf above the fryers. The cables are on the shelf and not hanging down <br />near the fryers. <br />No shrimp was observed out at room temperature <br />Meat, poultry and shrimp are prepped at the 2 comp prep sink.
