COMPLAINANT <br />STATES THAT SHE TOOK THE FIRST BITE AND SAW MAGGOTS ALL OVER THE BURRITO, IT WAS FULL OF THEM. COMPLAINANT STATES <br />THAT EVER SINCE THEN SHE FEELS REALLY SICK AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO KEEP ANYTHING DOWN. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Operator unaware of complaint. Chile verde burrito is made with tortillas, chile <br />verde, beans and rice. No flies or maggots were observed inside facility during the <br />inspection. Doors were closed during the inspection and no access points for <br />vermin observed. Facility has several fly zappers that were on at the time of the <br />inspection. Temperatures for the chile verde, rice and beans at the steam table <br />was over 135 F. Hand washing station was complete and chlorine bleach <br />available for sanitation. <br />Discussed inspection report with Diane Arara.
