COMPLAINANT STATES THAT SHE TOOK THE FIRST BITE AND SAW MAGGOTS ALL OVER THE <br />BURRITO, IT WAS FULL OF THEM. COMPLAINANT STATES THAT EVER SINCE THEN SHE FEELS REALLY SICK <br />AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO KEEP ANYTHING DOWN. COMPLAINANT STATES SHE IS IN THE EMERGENCY <br />ROOM TODAY — 05/30/2023. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />Chile verde --Steam table -- 154.00° F <br /> <br />Beans—Steam table -- 161.00° F <br />Rice — Steam table-- 148.00° F <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Operator unaware of complaint. Chile verde burrito is made with tortillas, chile verde, beans and rice. No flies or maggots <br />were observed inside facility during the inspection. Doors were closed during the inspection and no access points for vermin <br />observed. Facility has several fly zappers that were on at the time of the inspection. Temperatures for the chile verde, rice <br />and beans at the steam table was over 135 F. Hand washing station was complete and chlorine bleach available for <br />sanitation. <br />Discussed inspection report with Diane Arara. Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
