All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The 2 D condiment reach-in w/prep top was 45 F, the pickles and relish in the condiment prep top at the <br />self-serve area were 45 F. The jars said "Keep refrigerated after opening." Maintain 41 F or below when cold holding PHFs. <br />Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F orator above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br />#27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris on back of both ice chutes at soda machine and on top of the soda machine around the <br />spray nozzles.
