OBSERVATIONS <br />Name on Food Safety Certificate: Pardeep Lada Expiration Date: March 25, 2028 <br /> <br />Warewash Chlorine (CI): ppm Heat: ° F Water/Hot Water Ware Sink Temp: 1270 F <br />Quaternary Ammonia (QA)' PPm <br /> Hand Sink Temp: 1020 F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />condiment 2 D reach-in w/prep top -- self-serve area -- 45.00° F pickles/relish (cold hold) -- condiment prep top -- 45.00° F <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Person in charge was not aware of complaint. <br />Self-serve food area appeared clean during the inspection. <br />The hot dogs in the display case have a 3 hr hold time, 10:34 AM - 1:34 PM, and were within hold time during inspection. <br />The condiment reach-in and pickles and relish in the prep top were 45 F during the inspection. <br />Observed some debris inside microwave and around soda machine spray nozzles and ice chutes. <br />Discussed report with Sharry Singh, Person in charge. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
