COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE THERE WAS GARBAGE AND FOOD WASTE <br />ALL OVER THE FLOOR, CROSS CONTAMINATION OF FOOD MIXED IN THE SEPARATE CONTAINERS ON THE <br />SERVING LINE, EMPLOYEES WERE NOT WEARING GLOVES OR HAIR NETS, POSSIBLY NOT WASHING THEIR <br />HANDS BETWEEN TASKS, AND IS CONCERNED THE TEMPERATURE OF THE FOOD IS NOT CORRECT. <br />**COMPLAINANT REQUEST CALL BACK FROM INSPECTOR AFTER INSPECTION** <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Operator unaware of complaint. Did not observed food and garbage on the floor of the restaurant. No cross contamination of <br />food on the serving line observed. Food items were in their own container with separate scoops for each. Employees were <br />observed wearing gloves when preparing sandwiches. Hand washing station was complete and hand washing observed <br />during the inspection. Employees were observed with hats and hair restrained. Temperatures in the walk-in cooler and two <br />drawer, two door prep cooler were above 41 F. Temperature violation addressed on routine inspection report conducted <br />same day. <br />Discussed inspection report with Leslie Moon.
