Telephone: (209) 952-7128 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055991 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT VISITED THIS KFC LOCATION ON FRIDAY, 7/14/23 AT 3:00PM AND OBSERVED DIGGING IN THEIR <br />PANTS AND NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS BEFORE SERVING CUSTOMERS. COMPLAINANT ALSO OBSERVED A <br />RAT IN THE RESTAURANT. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand wash sink at the front of the kitchen exceeded 108 F. Adjust the hand wash sink water <br />temperature to maintain 100- 108 F as it is a non-adjustable faucet. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(6) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />Hand sink-- Back-- 108.00° F Hand sink-- Front -- 114.00° F <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Operator unaware of complaint. Did not observe any employees digging in their pants during the inspection. Employees wear <br />gloves to prepare food. Observed proper hand washing during inspection. Hand washing station had warm water, soap and <br />paper towels. The front hand sink is non-adjustible and the temperature went to 114 F. Adjust temperature to 100-108 F. <br />Did not observe any rodents or droppings in the facility. Did not observe any entrances for rodents in the facility. Facility is <br />serviced once a month by Matrix Pest Control. <br />Ensure that employees are washing their hands immediately before engaging in food preparation, after touching bare human <br />body parts other than clean hands and clean, exposed portions of arms, after using the bathroom, after coughing, sneezing, <br />using a tissue, using tobacco, eating, or drinking, after handling soiled equipment or utensils, during food preparation, as often <br />asnecessary to remove soil and contamination and to prevent cross-contamination when changing tasks, when switching <br />between working with raw food and working with ready-to-eat food, before initially donning gloves for working with food, before <br />dispensing or serving food or handling clean tableware and serving utensils in the food service area and after engaging in <br />other activities that contaminate the hands. <br />FA0014570 C00055991 SC004 07/19/2023 <br />EHD 16-23 Rev. 04/07/22 Page 1 of 2 Complaint Inspection Report <br />1868 E.
