Per manager, all food handler certificates were renewed but have not been added to the binder. Place current <br /> copies of all food handler certificates in binder and maintain on site today. Renew food manager certificate within 30 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties.
