COMPLAINANT ATE THERE ON FRIDAY 07/14/23 ,AT 10:40AM, SYMPTOMS OF VOMITING, <br /> STOMACH CRAMPS AND FEVER BEGUN ON SATURDAY, 07/15/23 AT 1:OOA.M. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Per owner,the facility had a lot of customers on the day of the complaint and <br /> many of the customers ordered unagi. This was the only complaint received. <br /> Per owner, employees have not been ill. <br /> Per owner, he has been in contact with the complainant and reimbursed his money. <br /> Routine inspection of the facility conducted concurrently.
