This finding can be made because the proposed zone is consistent with the Genera/ P/an. The proposed /-W Zona Classification is intended to accommodate warehouses and service establishments with the primary use of sewage dispose/ systems through the use of septic tanks, without the production of industria/ wastes. The underlying projects for trucK parking and storage are compatib/e uses that are a//owed in the /-W zona under Chapter 3.> Community Development Element, Warehouse /ndustria/ (//Vl�, page 3.>- 53. >, of Po/icy Document Part 3: Goa/s and Policies of the San Joaquin County 2035 General P/an, and will not create any industria/ waste or hazards.
