DRAFT [TENTATIVE] WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER R5-2023-OOXX 16 <br /> FORWARD, INC. <br /> FORWARD LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Monitoring Networks <br /> 48. As of the date of this Order, the Facility's groundwater monitoring network <br /> consists of the existing and proposed monitoring wells listed in Table 3. As noted <br /> in Finding 14, with the completion of WMU FU-19 the various landfill units are <br /> considered contiguous units for the purposes of groundwater monitoring (Title 27, <br /> section 20405 subdiv. (b)). See Monitoring Network Map in Attachment D. <br /> 49.
